Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, trainings, registrations, certifications, donations, equipment, kits, machines, materials, digital services, and activities conducted under the Ardhanarishwar Chikitsa Wellness Neurotherapist National Support Program (ACWNNSP).
1. Registration & Training Fees
All registration, enrollment, and training fees are strictly Non-Refundable. Once payment is completed, no refund shall be claimed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Personal reasons; Absence; Non-participation; Loss of interest; Schedule conflicts; Ineligibility after registration.
2. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant registers but does not attend the program or training → No refund. If a participant discontinues, withdraws, or exits the program midway → No refund / no fee adjustment. No transfer of fees to another individual without written approval of the organization.
3. Program Cancellation / Postponement by Organization
If the program/training is cancelled or postponed due to: Natural disasters; Administrative reasons; Technical failures; Regulatory issues; Force majeure conditions; Insufficient participant enrollment; Public safety concerns — Then the organization may, at its sole discretion: Adjust the paid amount in a future program, OR Issue a partial or full refund, OR Reschedule the program. The final decision shall rest solely with the organization and program authorities.
4. Kit, Machine, Equipment & Material Policy
If any physical items are provided (e.g. BP Machines, Blood Testing Devices, Temperature Monitoring Devices, Pulse Oximeters, Training Kits, Bags, T-Shirts, ID Cards, Printed Materials, Manuals, Digital access kits): Once delivered → No return / no refund; No exchange after delivery; In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery; Subject to verification and approval.
5. Donation Policy
All donations made to the NGO/Foundation/Program are strictly Non-Refundable. Donations are voluntary. Donations do not guarantee: Any service; Any product; Any training; Any benefit; Any outcome; Any entitlement.
6. Failed / Duplicate Payments
If payment fails but the amount is debited: Refund will be processed automatically by the bank/payment gateway; Timeline: 5–7 working days (subject to bank policy). In case of duplicate payments: Refund will be processed after internal verification; Processing time depends on payment gateway policies.
7. Mode of Refund
All approved refunds will be processed only through the original payment method. Cash refunds are not permitted. Manual refunds are not permitted.
8. Policy Modification Rights
The Foundation and Program Authorities reserve the right to: Modify this policy at any time; Update refund structures; Change cancellation terms; Revise operational rules; Amend compliance procedures. Updated policies will be published on official platforms and shall be effective immediately.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India and applicable NGO, IT, consumer protection, and contractual regulations.
