By accessing any website, digital platform, training portal, registration form, service, or by enrolling and participating in any activity under the Ardhanarishwar Chikitsa Wellness Neurotherapist National Support Program (ACWNNSP), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of the Program
ACWNNSP is a training, wellness support, and community development initiative. This program does not provide: Medical diagnosis; Medical treatment; Medical prescriptions; Clinical therapy; Surgical procedures. The program is strictly limited to: Skill-based wellness training; Non-invasive wellness support; Health awareness education; Community-level service development; Self-employment & livelihood opportunities; Preventive wellness support.
2. Eligibility
To participate in ACWNNSP, an individual must: Be 18 years or older; Be mentally and physically fit; Accept ethical guidelines; Follow program protocols; Agree to all training standards; Comply with legal requirements.
3. Registration & Training Fees
Registration Fee: ₹300 (Non-Refundable). Training fees may be paid in phases or as a one-time payment. Fee structure may be revised as per program policy. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No claim of refund under any circumstance.
4. Training, Assessment & Certification
Completion of all training modules is mandatory. Assessment/examination will be conducted post-training. Certification is issued only for non-invasive wellness support services. Certification does not authorize medical practice. Misuse of certificate → Immediate cancellation + legal action. Certification remains program-specific.
5. Role & Responsibilities of Wellness Neurotherapy Facilitator (NWF)
A certified NWF must strictly: Provide only wellness support services; Never claim to cure any disease; Never diagnose any condition; Never prescribe medicines; Never offer medical treatment; Refer beneficiaries to licensed doctors/hospitals when required; Maintain ethical conduct; Follow program SOPs; Respect patient/user safety.
6. Equipment & Materials
Wellness equipment (BP machine, blood testing devices, etc.) may be provided on a chargeable basis. NWF is responsible for proper usage, safety, and maintenance. ACWNNSP is not liable for: Loss; Theft; Damage; Misuse; Improper handling.
7. Income & Earnings Disclaimer
Income depends on individual performance, location, service delivery, and effort. ACWNNSP does not guarantee: Fixed income; Minimum income; Profit; Returns. Any income examples are illustrative only.
8. Payments & Online Services
Payments may be made through authorized online platforms. Third-party payment gateways apply their own policies. ACWNNSP is not responsible for gateway-related issues. Payment disputes shall be governed by the respective payment gateway policies.
9. Discipline, Suspension & Termination
ACWNNSP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any participant, trainee, or facilitator if they: Make false medical or cure claims; Practice unethical conduct; Violate program rules; Misrepresent the program; Damage reputation or credibility; Misuse identity or certification; Engage in illegal activities.
10. Website, Content & Intellectual Property
All program content is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is prohibited. Legal action may be initiated for violations.
11. Policy Updates
ACWNNSP authorities reserve the right to: Revise these Terms & Conditions; Modify operational rules; Update compliance structures; Change program frameworks. Updated versions shall be effective immediately upon publication.
12. Legal Jurisdiction
This program is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate District/State Courts only.
Final Legal Disclaimer
The Ardhanarishwar Chikitsa Wellness Neurotherapist National Support Program (ACWNNSP) is a training and wellness support initiative only. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical therapy, or professional healthcare services. All medical services must be obtained from licensed and registered medical professionals and authorized healthcare institutions only.
